• Contact and delivery details: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, state, PIN code.
• Order details: products ordered, quantity, price, order number, payment mode, delivery and tracking status.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only confirmation and a payment reference. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Technical data: basic device and usage data and cookies needed to run and secure the website.

2. Why we use your information

• To process, confirm, ship and track your order, and to take payment.
• To contact you about your order, delivery, returns or support requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send offers or updates only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Delivery partners such as India Post and courier/shipping partners (for example Shiprocket and the couriers on its network), who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Service providers that host our website and store our data securely.
• Authorities, when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the website (for example to remember your cart). You can control cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and support, and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

7. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data without a parent or guardian's consent.

Our website links to third-party sites such as Instagram and India Post. Their privacy practices are their own.
