Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Shipping cost

• Prepaid orders: free delivery.
• Cash on Delivery orders: a ₹100 shipping advance is paid online when you place the order; the remaining balance is paid to the courier on delivery. See our COD cancellation policy.
• Orders above 5 units are prepaid only.

3. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays).

4. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery partner. These are estimates and not guarantees. Remote locations may take longer.

5. Delivery partners

Depending on the payment mode and your location, orders are delivered by India Post or by courier partners on the Shiprocket network.

6. Order tracking

After dispatch we send you a tracking ID by WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can use it on the carrier's website. For help, contact infinityproductonline@gmail.com or +91 82610 53368.

7. Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please give a complete and correct address and an active phone number. If delivery fails because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number or refusal, the parcel may be returned to us. For refused COD orders the COD cancellation policy applies.

8. Damaged or tampered parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Delays

Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, holidays or carrier issues. We will help you track the parcel and will keep you informed.
