1. About these terms

This website is operated by Infinity Products, trading as Infinity Products ("we", "us"), with its head office at MSR Square, Office No. 19 & 20, Udyog Nagar Road, Back side of Chinchwad Railway Station, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra – 411033. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

3. Products and information

We try to describe our products, specifications and images accurately. Product photos are for illustration and minor differences in appearance may occur. Specifications are as listed on the product page.

4. Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed when you place your order applies to that order. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, due to stock, incorrect information, serviceability or suspected fraud). Once your order is confirmed we share your order number and, after dispatch, a tracking ID by WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may limit the quantity per order.

6. Payments

  • Online payment: processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your card or UPI details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available for eligible orders and PIN codes. A shipping advance of ₹100 is paid online when you place a COD order and the balance is paid to the courier on delivery.
  • Bulk orders: orders above 5 units are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, provide false information, place fraudulent orders, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Infinity Products name, logo, images, text and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law or any applicable warranty.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
