Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at infinityproductonline@gmail.com or +91 82610 53368 with your order number. For prepaid orders we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 business days. For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, the ₹100 advance is refunded within 7 business days.

2. Returns, replacements and refunds

Received a damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Share your order number, issue details and photos/video where possible at infinityproductonline@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82610 53368.
  • After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement or return with refund, according to your preference. Replacements are subject to availability.
  • We cover return shipping for eligible faulty or incorrect products.
  • Please include all supplied accessories and the original packaging, if available.
  • Change-of-mind returns and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive and check the returned product. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method; COD refunds go to your verified bank account or UPI.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law or any applicable warranty.

3. COD cancellation policy

If you cancel or refuse your COD order at delivery due to a change of mind, the shipping fee paid in advance will not be refunded, as delivery costs have already been incurred.

This excludes damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described products, and situations where a refund is required by law.

4. How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is initiated (within 7 business days as described above), it usually reaches your account within a further 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
